Delivery works the same way: neutral parcel, neutral sender, no Tentations logo on the packaging.

Are my bank details stored by Tentations?

No, never. No bank details pass through our server and nothing is stored by us.

Everything goes directly through our payment provider Saferpay (Worldline). We never see your card number, and we could not retrieve it even if we wanted to.

How does the payment appear on my bank statement?

On your bank statement, the payment appears under the name "Shop4Fun".

No "Tentations", no "sexshop", nothing that could reveal your purchase. Whether your bank statement ends up in the hands of your partner, your accountant or anyone else, nobody will know what you ordered.

It is the least we can do, and we take it seriously.

What exactly is 3D Secure?

It is the small verification step your bank asks for when you pay by card, such as an SMS code, a notification in your banking app or a fingerprint.

It checks that it is really you making the payment, and not someone who has got hold of your card number. Extra protection, with no real effort on your side.

What happens if my transaction fails?

No panic: if your payment does not go through, nothing is debited.

The order remains pending on your side, and you can try again with the same payment method or choose another one. If you still see a debit even though the order has not been confirmed, it is usually a "phantom" debit that is automatically released within 3 to 7 days. If not, write to us and we will look into it with you.

Can I pay in several instalments?

Yes, with Klarna.

You choose whether to pay immediately, in 30 days, or in several instalments. Klarna handles the payment, and you make your choice when confirming your order.

IMPORTANT! As soon as you choose Klarna, they take responsibility for managing and following up your payment.

It is important to know that if the payment is not made on time, Klarna will contact you and send you reminders. You should also know that the related fees can be quite high from the very first reminder.

Can I change my payment method after confirming my order?

Once your order has been confirmed and the payment has gone through, we cannot change the payment method from our side.

If you notice a mistake or want to cancel, write to us as soon as possible at [email protected]. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can usually cancel it and refund you, so you can place a new order with the correct payment method.

What should I do in case of a payment dispute?

The easiest thing is to contact us first at [email protected]. Most situations can be solved with just a few messages.

If we cannot find a solution together, you can also contact your bank, through a chargeback procedure for card payments, or Klarna customer service for Klarna payments.

But honestly, write to us first. We prefer to sort things out directly.

My payment has been debited, but I have not received any confirmation. What should I do?

Do not worry. First, check your email inbox, including your spam folder: the confirmation can sometimes arrive a few minutes late.

If you still have not received anything after 30 minutes, write to us at [email protected] with the date and amount of the debit. We will find your order and confirm everything within a few hours, on working days.
