Returns & refunds
At Tentations, we want you to order with peace of mind. This page explains when a return is possible, which conditions apply, and how the process works.
In short: request a return within 14 days for eligible items. For sensitive products, the seal must be intact. Please contact us before sending anything back.

1) Eligible items
For hygiene, health and safety reasons, not all items can be returned. Returns are only possible for eligible products and if the conditions below are met.
Unopened products
Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Lingerie, clothing & accessories
Lingerie, costumes and certain accessories may be returned if unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
Exception: if an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us even if the product category is normally non-returnable.
2) Non-eligible items
For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or any hygiene seal removed.
- intimate toys, vibrators, plugs and similar products
- lubricants, creams, oils and cosmetic products for body use
- any product with a removed hygiene seal or opened sealed packaging
3) Conditions for an accepted return
- the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging
- proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation)
- returns must be approved before shipping (see steps below)
4) Return process
Step 1: contact us
Email us at [email protected] (or via the form) with your order number and the item concerned.
Step 2: approval & instructions
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions (address and steps). Without prior approval, the return may be refused.
Step 3: ship the item back
Send the item back in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
5) Refund or exchange
Once received, the item is inspected. We will then confirm whether the return is accepted or refused.
If accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after validation. An exchange may be offered depending on availability.
6) Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or the issue is due to our mistake (wrong item, etc.). We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit. A tracked service is recommended.
For returns not related to an error or defect, administrative fees may apply, amounting to 10% of the selling price of the returned goods.
7) Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and, if possible, photos.
Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate solution. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
