1. Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.
Our main logistics center is based in France, allowing us to offer a wider selection of products without raising prices.
In some cases, your order may be shipped directly from the warehouse. In such cases, the sender shown on the label will be “NET-COMMUNICATION”.
📦 These parcels require a signature upon delivery.
2. Delivery Times
- The typical delivery time is 4 to 6 business days
- Delays may occur due to external factors (strikes, pandemics, etc.)
3. Small Order Surcharge
- We do not charge traditional delivery fees.
However, a small handling surcharge applies to orders under a certain amount to help cover packaging, processing, and logistics. - The good news? Orders of CHF 50.– or more ship for free!
- Surcharge breakdown:
- CHF 9.90 for orders under CHF 20.–
- CHF 6.90 for orders between CHF 20.– and CHF 50.–
- Free shipping from CHF 50.–
These charges are automatically calculated based on your cart total.
4. Discreet Shipping Guaranteed
Your postman won’t suspect a thing. Our parcels are:
- 100% neutral, with no logos or identifiable markings
- Shipped without a visible sender name
5. Customs & Extra Fees
Although your parcel may be shipped from France, you will not be charged any extra fees.
If you are billed for customs or handling fees by the post office, contact us immediately at contact@tentations.ch.
We will cover the cost after verification, provided you send us a copy of the invoice.
⚠️ No direct refunds will be made to the customer without prior validation.
6. Unclaimed Packages
If your package is not picked up on time:
- It will be returned to us
- You will be notified by email
- We will hold the order for up to 30 days
➡️ To have it resent, you’ll need to cover:
- The return shipping fees
- The new delivery costs
After 30 days, the order is considered refused and the products will become the seller’s property again. No refunds will be issued.
The seller reserves the right to charge storage fees if applicable.
7. Delays & Solutions
If your delivery is significantly delayed:
- You will be notified by email
- Solutions may be offered, such as a partial refund of the surcharge
8. Delivery Check
Please check immediately:
- The condition of the package
- The contents of your order
If anything is missing or damaged, contact our customer service without delay.
