1. Delivery areas
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.
Our main logistics center is located in France, allowing us to offer a wider range of products at fair prices.
Your order may occasionally be shipped directly from this warehouse. In such cases, the sender on the label will appear as “NET-COMMUNICATION”.
📦 These parcels require a signature upon delivery.
2. Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the availability status shown on the product page:
- 🟢 In stock: the product is available in our warehouse. Usually delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- 🟡 Available from supplier: the product is not in stock but available from our supplier. Estimated delivery within x–y business days, depending on the supplier (shown on the product page).
These timeframes are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
3. Small order surcharge
At Tentations, there are no standard shipping fees!
We simply apply a small logistics surcharge on very small orders to cover packaging, handling, and transport costs:
- CHF 9.90 for orders under CHF 20.–
- CHF 6.90 for orders between CHF 20.– and CHF 50.–
- Free for orders of CHF 50.– or more
Fees are calculated automatically based on your cart total.
4. Discreet packaging
Your postman won’t suspect a thing. All parcels are:
- 100% neutral (no logo or website shown)
- Shipped without any identifiable sender name
5. Customs & hidden fees
Even if your parcel ships from France, no extra charges will apply.
If Swiss Post unexpectedly requests a payment (e.g., customs or handling fees), please contact us immediately at contact@tentations.ch.
We’ll handle the issue after verification and once you provide a copy of the invoice.
⚠️ No direct refunds are made to customers.
6. Uncollected parcels
If you don’t collect your parcel in time:
- It will be returned to us
- You’ll be notified by email
- We’ll store it for a maximum of 30 days
➡️ To resend your order, you’ll need to pay:
- The return shipping costs
- The new delivery costs
After 30 days, the order is considered refused. The products become the property of the Seller again, without refund.
The Seller may charge storage fees in certain cases.
7. Delays & solutions
If a significant delay occurs:
- You’ll be informed by email
- We may offer solutions (e.g. partial refund of shipping costs, product replacement, or order cancellation)
8. Upon delivery
Please check immediately:
- The condition of the parcel
- The contents of your order
If anything is damaged or missing, contact our customer service without delay.
