At Tentations, everything is designed so that your order reaches you in Switzerland discreetly, without surprises, and with clearly stated delivery times.

1) Delivery area
We deliver within Switzerland only.
Our main logistics center is located in France. Depending on the product, your order may be shipped directly from there. In that case, the sender on the label may appear as “NET-COMMUNICATION”. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
2) Processing & delivery times
Delivery times depend on the status shown on the product page.
Products “In stock”
The product is available in our facilities. Delivery usually takes place within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
Products “Available from supplier”
The product is not stocked by us. The estimated delivery time varies by supplier and is shown on the product page.
All delivery times are indicative and may change due to logistical delays.
3) Small order surcharge
Instead of fixed shipping fees, we apply a small logistics surcharge only to very low-value orders to cover handling and shipping.
- CHF 9.90 for orders below CHF 20.–
- CHF 6.90 for orders between CHF 20.– and CHF 50.–
- Free from CHF 50.– order value
The surcharge is calculated automatically based on your cart total.
4) Discreet shipping
Discretion is guaranteed. Nothing on the outside of the package reveals its contents.

5) Customs & additional charges
Even if a parcel is shipped from France, you should not have to pay any extra charges.
If you are nevertheless charged by the postal service, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. After verification and receipt of the invoice, we will cover these costs.
Please note: no direct refund is made to the customer.
6) Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s time limit, it will be returned to us.

After 30 days, the order may be considered refused and the products become the seller’s property without refund. Storage fees may apply.
7) Delays & solutions
In case of unusual delays, we will inform you by email and look for the most appropriate solution.
